She is the author of A16: Food + Wine and SPQR: Modern Italian Food and Wine cookbooks, co-authored by Kate Leahy. Lindgren holds a culinary certificate at the Tante Marie Cooking School and she is a member of Les Dames d' Escoffier and has taught at the Culinary Institute of America and San Francisco Cooking School.
